NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
 
The Frankfort/Franklin County Board of Zoning Adjustments will hold a public meeting at 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 315 West Second Street. The following item(s) will be on the agenda:
 
New Business
1. In accordance with Article 1.08 of the Franklin County Zoning Ordinance, Justina Johnson of Pawsitive Purpose LLC is requesting a waiver of Article 15.076 to allow the operation of a pet grooming business as a home occupation on the property located at 5101 Huntington Woods Road. The property is more specifically described as Property Valuation Administrator map ID #013-00-00-028.00.
 
2. In accordance with Articles 4, and 15 of the Franklin County Zoning Ordinance, Justina Johnson of Pawsitive Purpose LLC is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the operation of a dog grooming business on the property located at 5101 Huntington Woods Road. The property is more particularly described as PVA Map #013-00-00-028.00.
 
3. In accordance with Articles 4, and 15 of the Franklin County Zoning Ordinance, Clay Patrick of 2020 Center LLC is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow the construction of studio apartments on the second floor of the proposed commercial building(s) on the property located at 2020 Old Lawrenceburg Road. The property is more particularly described as PVA Map #051-00-00-053.00.
 
4. In accordance with Articles 4, 18, and 19 of the City of Frankfort Zoning Regulations, David Fields is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 2018-03) to allow the operation of a day care center for the property located at 700 Leslie Avenue.  The property is more particularly described as PVA Map Number 074-12-09-007.00.
 
5. In accordance with Articles 4, 18, and 19 of the City of Frankfort Zoning Regulations, Charlie E. Jones is requesting approval of a Variance (VAR 2018-03) in order to allow encroachment into the side yard setbacks and to not provide on-site parking for the property located at 221 Mero Street.  The property is more particularly identified as PVA Map Number 061-42-01-001.01.
 
6. In accordance with Articles 4, 18, and 19 of the City of Frankfort Zoning Regulations, Audrey Jones is requesting approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP 2018-05) to allow the operation of a day care in a residential district for the property located at 101 Pinnacle Court Apt 29.  The property is more particularly described as PVA Map Number 061-00-00-122.01.
