Extra trash pickup is permitted by Republic for Monday and Friday routes this week, since those routes were missed last week.
Drivers are running out of contract hours picking up extra trash on the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday routes. If you were serviced last week, please do not set out extra trash.
Starting next week, no extra trash will be picked up by Republic Services. Routes will return to the normal schedule.
If you experienced skipped pickup this week, please call Republic: 859-263-2000. Calling Republic creates a record of which addresses are not being serviced, which helps their team troubleshoot any issues.
