Franklin County Fiscal Court is beginning the budget process for the upcoming fiscal year. As we consider budget requests from nonprofit and social service agencies, we must be assured of the public purpose of the funds and the financial accountability of the agencies to which tax dollars are appropriated.
In order to be considered for fiscal year 2020 funding, we require the following information be submitted with your request:
- Most recent audited financial statement or Form 990
- Current year budget
- Current financial statement
- Requested amount and method in which it will be spent
- Mission narrative (agency brochure or annual report)
- Executive Director and Board Official names and telephone numbers
- Schedule of 2020 Board Meetings
- Nonprofit identifying number from Kentucky Secretary of State
Incomplete submissions will not be considered. Please submit completed information no later than March 25, 2021 to:
