This morning Michael Mueller, Franklin County Judge Executive and Squire Kelly Dycus attended the ground breaking ceremony for the new Elkhorn Elementary School. We congratulate Superintendent Mark Kopp and Franklin County Schools on this momentous occasion. The entire community is excited to see this project come to fruition!
