Per KRS 61.826, this is a Video Teleconference (VTC) Meeting. The primary physical location for public attendance, where all members may be seen and heard, will be at 321 West Main Street, Frankfort, KY, 40601.

  2. Authorization for approval of minutes from the regular meeting of April 1, 2026.

  3. Authorization for approval of minutes from the special meeting of April 2, 2026.

  4. Authorization to approve a Resolution of the Franklin County Fiscal Court adopting the Franklin County Safety Action Plan.

  5. Authorization to approve an agreement with the Administrative Office of the Courts for FastCheck Account Service.

  6. Authorization to create a new position of Administrative Assistant to Business Office Manager.

  7. First Reading of amending an ordinance No 14-2007 relating to the imposition and administration of an occupational license requirement, and payment of an occupational license tax by persons and business entities conducting businesses, occupations and professions within Franklin County, Kentucky, Section 1 – Definition and Section 3 – Occupational license tax payment required.

  8. Authorization to approve a Resolution adopting and approving the execution of a Rural Secondary Program Agreement between the Fiscal Court and the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Transportation Cabinet, Department of Rural and Municipal Aid, and accepting all roads and streets referred to therein as being a part of the County Road System.

  9. Authorization to authorize the funding request of $101,182.68 in Fiscal Court funds to be used for the construction of the Farmers Lane Bridge.

  10. Authorization to award a bid for Farmers Lane Bridge.

  11. Authorization to approve a Resolution authorizing the filing of an application to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Transportation of Non-Public School Students Grant Program and designating the County Judge/Executive to execute all documents pertaining to this grant.

  12. Authorization to set salaries for term that begins January 1, 2027 for magistrates, county attorney, coroner, deputy coroners and deputy judge/executive, pursuant to KRS 64.530

  13. Authorization to approve the Treasurer to open 2 accounts with Heartland Payment Systems for golf ball dispenser credit card transaction processing.

  14. Authorization to receive Treasurer’s Report.

  15. Authorization to receive Treasurer’s Quarterly Report ending March 31, 2026.

  16. Authorization to approve Budget Transfers for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
