  • KACo – FY27 Insurance Premiums (Sue Porter, Michelle Barrett)
  • Mobile Data Terminals (Sheriff Depp, Deputy Wills)
  • Authorization to go into closed session, per KRS 61.810 (1),( b) Deliberations on the future acquisition or sale of real property by a public agency, but only when publicity would be likely to affect the value of a specific piece of property to be acquired for public use or sold by a public agency
  • Authorization to return to open session

Meeting Summary/Narrative:

  • Sue and Michelle went over premium increases for both Franklin County and across the US.
  • MDT’s are in need of replacement. Sheriff Depp, Deputy Wills and Kentucky Rugged Technology Solutions presented the advantage of leasing the mobile data terminals instead of purchasing them.
  • Authorization to go into closed session, per KRS 61.810 (1),( b) Deliberations on the future acquisition or sale of real property by a public agency, but only when publicity would be likely to affect the value of a specific piece of property to be acquired for public use or sold by a public agency.
  • Authorization to return to open session.

Other Business:

  • Look at funding for SRO staffing.
