Second reading and approval of an ordinance amending the Table of Special Ordinances, Section 1 Zoning Map Changes of the Franklin County Code of Ordinances for 30.963 Acres of Property located at 525 South Scruggs Lane, AKA PVA Map #094-00-00-033.07 and #094-00-00-033.08 from Single-Family Rural Residential (RR) to Agricultural Zoning District (AG) will be given by Franklin County Fiscal Court on October 14, at 5:00 p.m. ET/4:00 p.m. CT in the Fiscal Court Room at 321 West Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky. A copy of the proposed ordinance with full text is available for public inspection at the Office of the Franklin County Judge/Executive during normal business hours.
