Meeting Summary/Narrative:
- Each new tower is about $250K. Chief Mertz will contact Ray Kinney regarding Grant prep to help with funding. Wait until after new Chief starts to ask for supporting documents. Sheriff Depp will check with KSP regarding tower sharing.
- Will drill down run numbers more.
- Get Part II Fiscal Court Staff Active Shooter Training scheduled. Sheriffs Dept to train two deputies for future training. Each building will get training.
- Jack will talk with City about E911 fund spending.
- Ray Canafax will start as Fire Chief on Nov 2.

Other Business:
- Ten flock cameras are only at entrances/exits in the County. Only accessed in emergency needs and only by strict, supervised tracking. Not grouped in contract with City.
