Franklin County Fire Chief Kevin Hutcherson is retiring at the end of the year after more than 28 years of service within the department. The Chief was honored at last Friday’s court meeting with a special video presentation and a stave to commemorate his time with the FCFD. We thank Kevin for his years of honorable commitment to the citizens of Franklin County.
