Maintenance Director full-time
RANGE $31.58-$47.38 per hour
Franklin County Government is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Maintenance Director.
Duties include: Oversees the maintenance of the courthouse and all county facilities and grounds. Ability to perform, oversee, and direct work in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, electric, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and custodial duties. Supervises maintenance and janitorial staff, prepares and administers annual budget, contracts, and preventive maintenance. Must respond to all facility emergency calls.
Minimum qualifications: High School Certificate or GED equivalent, maintain a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record. Ten years of recent work-related experience in the maintenance field. Electrical, plumbing, or other comparable certification is preferred.
