The Capital City Activity Center/Meals on Wheels Greater Frankfort held a health and wellness fair for their members last Friday. Vendors included pharmacies, law firms, medical providers, and nursing homes. The event was a huge success and they are planning to host another fair in the spring. The mission of the Capital Activity Center is to enhance senior living for people 50 and above by providing programs, activities and opportunities for education and good health.
