The 2024 Run for the Wall Central Route stopped at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial this morning in Frankfort. The VFW Post 4075 hosted the riders and provided snacks for the stop. The Franklin County Fire Department used its ladder trucks to hoist the American flag above the entrance of Coffee Tree Road. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office KY, Frankfort Police Department, and Ready Frankfort helped to provide traffic control to ensure a safe event.
