A new bagger was delivered to the Franklin County Compost Facility this afternoon. Solid Waste Coordinator Ally Hall filled one of the first bags full of fresh compost. This piece of equipment was purchased grant money from the Kentucky Division of Waste Management. This is the same grant award that provided funding for the new grapple truck that was delivered to the road department last week.
