Our new Franklin County Solid Waste Americorps Environmental Educator, Abigail Wafford, gave a presentation on plants native to Kentucky this morning. This is the first of a series of lectures to be held at the Capital City Activity Center. She will hold additional classes at the Center on February 12th and February 26th at 12:45 PM. Then, March through August, she will present on various topics weekly on Wednesdays at 12:45 PM.
