Michael Mueller, Franklin County Judge Executive, following the the advice of the Franklin County Fire Chief Brian Brewer, is issuing an executive order revoking the burn ban issued on September 3rd, 2025. However, there are still concerns of potential rapid fire spread during daytime hours. Therefore, burning shall only be permitted between the hours of 6:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
