This morning a press conference was held by Governor Andy Beshear at the Capital Plaza Hotel. It was announced that developers Todd Underhill, Robert Astorino, and Russ Salsman have an agreement to purchase the property. Their plans include a major interior and exterior renovation. This new project has the potential to be transformational for the downtown area.
