A trailer full of donations is making its way to Pike County, Kentucky today. A Franklin County Fire Department crew is helping deliver the donations consisting mainly of cleaning supplies and water bottles to our neighbors in the eastern part of the state. We thank all of our citizens who have helped in this relief effort.
Additionally, we thank Carey’s Towing, Harrod’s Towing and Holbrook towing for their donation of 2880 water bottles. These companies work with Sheriff Quire and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office KY to provide towing services to their department.
Also, please watch Cable 10‘s Around 10-morning show on Monday for a segment about our relief drive as well as a crew from the Frankfort Plant Board water department that is going to the region to help rebuild their damaged water systems.
