The 2025 Easter at Lakeview Park this afternoon was a major success. Hundreds of children and their families enjoyed a fun filled afternoon at our beautiful park. The annual event is co-hosted by the Fiscal Court and the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office KY.
We want to sincerely thank our title sponsor Traditional Bank. Also, we are grateful for both One Way Coffee. Snacks. Sweets and Hoggy’s Ice Cream for donating FREE food, drinks and ice cream. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not thank the multitudes of volunteers from Frankfort Kiwanis, Kentucky State University, Paul Sawyier Public Library, Franklin County Health Department, KY, Yes Arts and all of the individuals who donated their time.
We are proud to be able to offer this free, fun event for our kids and their families after a stress filled week. This is just another example of how we are Frankfort Strong!
