In accordance with the Governor’s directive, the Franklin County Clerk’s Office will be closed to the general public beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020. We will not be able to process “in-person” transactions until further notice. Please consider utilizing our online and mail services. There will be a drop box positioned in the front lobby, 315 West Main Street, if you need to leave payment (checks only) and we will process work and mail back to you. We will not be charging a postage fee at this time. Employees will continue to work and can be reached via phone or email.
