Students from Franklin County Schools head back to the classroom tomorrow morning. This afternoon transportation crews were hard at work making final preparations to ensure a smooth first day. Elementary School hours are between 7:45 AM and 2:35 PM. Middle & High School hours are between 8:30 AM and 3:25 PM.
