The Franklin County Road Department will begin work on replacing the bridge on Gregory Woods road over Pleasant Branch on Monday, July 11th, 2022. The location of this bridge is near Camp Pleasant road (KY-1707). A detour will be in place for the duration of the work. Motorists will need to take US 127 N towards Owen County and take a right on Cedar Creek Road (KY-368) for approximately 1.5 miles. They will then need to take a right on Kays Branch Road (KY-896) for another 2.5 miles. Kays Branch road becomes Gregory Woods Road at the intersection of Mount Vernon Road.
