Today’s high is forecast to reach 94 degrees with the heat index reaching 107. This extreme heat can especially impact vulnerable populations such as the elderly, children, and people with chronic illnesses. It is important that everyone drink plenty of water to stay hydrated and seek shade or indoor spaces as much as possible.

Capital City Activity Center
8:30 am-3:30 pm (50 years and older)
