This morning Tracy Hopper was sworn-in as the next Franklin County Jailer. The oath of office was administered by District Court Judge Kathy Mangeot in the historic courtroom of the Judicial Center. Michael Mueller, Franklin County Judge Executive, issued an Executive Order appointing Hopper to the office effective at noon on July 1st, 2024. In May, she won an election to fill the vacancy that was created by the resignation of the previous Jailer.
