Invitation to Apply for Community Grants

Franklin County Fiscal Court is now accepting applications from local non-profit agencies for Community Grants for fiscal year 2025-26. When considering funding requests, Fiscal Court must be assured of the public purpose of the funds and the financial accountability of any agency receiving appropriated tax dollars. Active non-profit status with the Commonwealth of Kentucky is required and will be verified. In addition, the following information must be included with your request:

• Current year budget
• Most recent audited financial statement
• Most recent Form 990
• Current financial statement
• Requested amount
• Details on how the funds will be spent (Check if funds will be spent on treatment and prevention of substance abuse disorder)
• Mission narrative (agency brochure or annual report)
• Names and telephone numbers of the Executive Director and Board Members
• Schedule for fiscal year 2025-26 Board Meetings

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
