COUNTY TREASURER
Salary Range: $59,087-$100,500
Franklin County Government is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Treasurer. Applicants must meet the requirements of Kentucky Revised Statue Chapter 68. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a related field or plus 5 years related experience and/or training, and 5 years related management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
This position is responsible for maintaining general ledgers, cash receipt journals, check distribution, and journals for all government funds. Prepares and presents monthly and quarterly financial reports. Receives, disburse and invest county funds. Analyzes program costs, payments, and accounting processes.
