On July 16, 2025, the Fiscal Court voted to approve the promotion of Franklin County Firefighter Kris Toles to the rank of Engineer. At the August 12th meeting, a pinning ceremony was held to honor Toles’ accomplishment. He was pinned by his wife Kellee and their son Aiden. We thank Kris for his hard work and dedication to the citizens of Franklin County.
