Second reading and approval of an ordinance No. Entitled an Ordinance repealing Ordinance No.11-2022 and Establishing an Updated Detailed Pronouncement of The Comprehensive Procedures for the collection, disbursement and enforcement of a Transient Room Tax will be given by Franklin County Fiscal Court on December 19, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. in the Fiscal Court Room at 321 West Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky. A copy of the proposed ordinance with full text is available for public inspection at the Office of the Franklin County Judge/Executive during normal business hours.
