Second reading and approval of an ordinance amending The Administrative Code of the Franklin County Code of Ordinances Chapter 30 to add language under new subsections Board and Commissions §30.140 and §30.141 (A), (B), (C), AND (D) will be given by Franklin County Fiscal Court on January 7, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. in the Fiscal Court Room at 321 West Main Street, Frankfort, Kentucky. A copy of the proposed ordinance with full text is available for public inspection at the Office of the Franklin County Judge/Executive during normal business hours.
