This morning, Judge Wells, Sam Lofton and Deputy Judge Tambra Harrod delivered meals to Franklin County Citizens through the Meals on Wheels program. This fabulous program is run by the Capital City Activity under the leadership of Director Marchelle Jenkins. The Franklin County Fiscal Court is proud to support the Activity Center and our community’s senior citizens.
Judge Wells thanks Mr. Lofton and the many volunteers who help keep the center running smoothly through their tireless efforts.
