Franklin County Fiscal Court is beginning the budget process for the 2022-23 fiscal year.  As we consider funding requests, we must be assured of the public purpose of the funds and the financial accountability of the agencies to which tax dollars are appropriated. Active non-profit status with the Commonwealth will be verified. In addition, the following information must be included with your request. 

  • Current year budget 
  • Most recent audited financial statement and/or Form 990  
  • Current financial statement  
  • Requested amount and detail on how the funds will be spent  
  • Mission narrative (agency brochure or annual report)  
  • Executive Director and Board Official names and telephone numbers  
  • Schedule for 2022 Board Meetings 

Incomplete submissions will not be considered.  Please submit completed information no later than March 14, 2022 by mail or email to:
