The SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery program, known as SOAR, located at the Franklin County Regional Jail is now working to make our area a better place. Recently, a trash collection detail from SOAR was able to collect 7 contractor bags of litter from the area around the Poplar Creek Plaza shopping center. Together, with the jail’s class D program, the jail will be able to assist with even more community projects in the future.
The Fiscal Court is proud to support innovative programs, such as SOAR, that provide recovery assistance to our inmates while also making our overall community stronger.
