The Franklin County Road Department will be replacing a large culvert pipe on Sulphur Lick Road today. This will result in the closure of the road just before 1391 Sulphur Lick from 8:30 am-2:30 pm. Local access to addresses 1391 and above will need to detour via Union Ridge road. Local access to addresses 53-861 will need to route via Peaks Mill Road.
