Deputy Shane Terrell was named the 2024 Reserve Deputy of the year at the National Sheriffs’ Association Conference. His achievement was recognized at this evening’s Fiscal Court meeting. Franklin County Sheriff Chris Quire attend the event in Oklahoma City with Deputy Terrell last month. We congratulate him for receiving this highest honor.
