The Franklin County Fiscal Court, during last night’s meeting, recognized Nicholas Scrogham who was recently named the VFW Firefighter of the Year. The Court also recognized Detective Jeff Farmer (not pictured) as the Franklin County Sheriff Deputy of the year.
