  4. Authorization to approve an agreement with Commonwealth of Kentucky regarding the Jail-SAP for Fiscal Year 2027-2028.
  5. Authorization to approve a cooperation agreement between the Fiscal Court of Franklin County, Kentucky and Elkhorn Creek RV Park, LLC.
  6. Authorization to approve an Office Lease Agreement between Franklin County Fiscal Court and Capital Community Economic/Industrial Development Authority, Inc.
  7. Second reading and approval of amending an ordinance No 14-2007 relating to the imposition and administration of an occupational license requirement, and payment of an occupational license tax by persons and business entities conducting businesses, occupations and professions within Franklin County, Kentucky, Section 1 – Definition and Section 3 – Occupational license tax payment required.
  8. Authorization to approve a Resolution of the Franklin County Fiscal Court supporting the renaming of the Franklin County Courthouse in Honor of U.S. Supreme Court Justice John Marshall Harlan.
  9. Authorization to receive the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
  10. Authorization to receive Treasurer’s Report.
  11. Authorization to approve Budget Transfers for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
