- Carter House – Clean UP Deposit
- Prorated Seasonal Golf Memberships, and all Golf Memberships
Meeting Summary/Narrative:
- Will increase the Carter House Clean UP Deposit to $250.
- Starting on July 1st, 2026, all season passes will be offered at a prorated $50 discount.

Other Business:
- Road Department removed invasive trees. And continues with clean-up.
- Bridge repair is done and looks amazing
