- Pole Barn- Should start 7-17-25
- New Truck for Road Supervisor- Purchase lowest price truck – 2024 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab SR 4x4 - $35,963
- Hiring Incentives-More Money- offer higher rate of pay
- Incentives to retain current staff- offer OT/Comp to work a few hours over to mow trim or whatever is needed. – 4-10 shifts
- Rotate employees so the day off is alternated

- Fuel tanks are 3 weeks out waiting on hose retriever required by Fire Marshall.
- New Dump Truck are being upfitted and should receive 1st to mid Aug.
