Meeting Summary/Narrative:
- LARP and Grant Pool Program
- We applied for three LARP last year. 20% match. Can use road aid funds only for rehab projects
- 100% local match for Grant pool program. Cannot use for equipment
- Flex Funds will be used to pave Sullivan Lane
- Winter Prep: Salt ordered. Bought used equipment from the State sale – 2 single axels, 2 plows, 2 spreaders, and 1 hot box
