  3. Authorization for approval of minutes from the regular meeting of August 26, 2026.
  4. Authorization to approve the amended Franklin County Regional Jail Policy and Procedure.
  5. Authorization to receive the Franklin County Paul Sawyier Public Library 2026 Tax Rates.
  6. Authorization to receive the Elkhorn Water District Independent Auditor’s Report for Years ended December 31, 2025, and 2024.
  7. Authorization to issue Request for Quotes for Land Surveys Services for properties participating in the NRCS Buyout Program.
  8. Authorization to utilize funds to add batting cages, epoxy, concrete, turf, concrete dye, and IT equipment to Lakeview Complex.
  9. Authorization to approve a Resolution relating to the 2026 Franklin County Tax Rates for Insurance Capital to be used for General Government Services.
  10. Authorization to approve a Resolution relating to the 2026 Franklin County Tax Rates for Bank Deposits to be used for General Government Services.
  11. Authorization to approve a Resolution relating to the 2026 Franklin County Tax Rates for Real and Personal Property, Aircraft/Watercraft (Non-Commercial) and 2027 Tax Rates for Motor Vehicle and Watercraft.
  12. Authorization to approve Budget Transfers for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
  13. Authorization to receive Treasurer’s Report.
