  2. Authorization to approve the minutes from the special meeting on September 2, 2026.
  3. Authorization to approve the minutes from the public hearing on September 2, 2026.
  4. Authorization to approve the minutes from the regular meeting on September 2, 2026.
  5. First reading of an ordinance amending the Table of Special Ordinances, Section 1 Zoning Map Changes of the Franklin County Code of Ordinances for 30.963 Acres of Property located at 525 South Scruggs Lane, AKA PVA Map #094-00-00-033.07 and #094-00-00-033.08 from Single-Family Rural Residential (RR) to Agricultural Zoning District (AG).
  6. Authorization to approve a Resolution authorizing the filing of an application to the Kentucky Association of Counties Insurance Grant Program for the Franklin County Sheriff and designating the County Judge/Executive to execute all documents pertaining to this grant.
  7. Authorization to approve a Resolution in support of submission of an application for grant funds with The Kentucky Fire Commission, FY2027 Thermal Vision and Technical Innovation Grant application.
  8. Authorization to approve a Resolution relating to the 2026 Franklin County Tax Rates for Insurance Capital to be used for General Government Services.
  9. Authorization to authorize the Treasurer to open the following certificates of deposit on behalf of the Fiscal Court to improve investment earnings.
  10. Authorization to award a bid for audit services.
  11. Authorization to approve Budget Transfers for Fiscal Year 2026-2027.
  12. Authorization to approve Cash Transfers for Fiscal Year 206-2027.
  13. Authorization to receive Treasurer’s Report.

  15. Authorization to go into closed session, per KRS 61.810 (1) (f) discussions or hearings which might lead to the appointment, discipline, or dismissal of an individual employee.
