- There are four internal candidates being interviewed today for the Road Waste Attendant position.
- Hire New Light Equipment Operator after Road Waste Attendant is selected: HR will advertise the position after the new road waste attendant is decided.
- Winter Updates – Salt, Trucks, and Fuel are ready to go.

Other Business:
- County City Bridge Improvement Project Grant – Mike and Justin will tour existing county bridges and determine the worst three. Belinda will work with HMB to get a cost estimate on engineering costs to bring each bridge back to standard rating. This information will be used to determine if an application for a County City Bridge Improvement Project grant application should be submitted for one of the projects.
- Grant Pool Program – Belinda will investigate using the $200,000 for the new road and parking lot at Lakeview Park.
