- Franklin County Fair – July 14 – 19, 2026 at Lakeview Park
- Expo 2026 at Lakeview Park – June 4 – 6, 2026. Stan Salchi knows the Expo will have limited access to the park due to other annual scheduled events already booked in the Park.

- Skateboard Park showing some wear. The Park will do some painting and safety maintenance. May need bigger rehab later.
- Golf Range will need some netting, especially close to the road.
- Softball Complex is going great.
