Agenda Items for Discussion:

Net Recovery

  • Bluegrass Recovery Initiative – Follow-up
  • Investors Heritage – Request for change to Ins Capital Tax
  • County Clerk Record Storage Project
  • PR Proposal – 7 Mountains Media

Meeting Summary/Narrative:

  • Net Recovery is asking for additional opioid funds $5500 per person. 92% don’t use again.
  • Bluegrass Recovery Initiative – BGADD that would allow them to hire a staff then we would pay them $5K instead of the $20K that we currently pay them if they get their million-dollar grant.
  • County Clerk Record Storage – Needs flooring and reinforcing the floor. Approx. $100K. Can’t use storage money for building improvements. Fiscal Court will need to facilitate the improvements to the building.
  • 7 Mountains Media presented PR proposal. Will present this to the Fiscal Court 11/19/25.
