- Authorization to award a bid for Appraisal Services for Franklin County’s Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) Home Buyout Program.
- Authorization to approve a Resolution in support of entering into a professional services contract with the Bluegrass Area Development District for the Administration of a Community Development Block Grant for the Farmdale Sanitation Interceptor Sewer Project.
- Authorization to approve a Resolution in support of entering into a professional services contract with the Bluegrass Area Development District for the Administration of a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Congressionally Directed State and Tribal Assistance Grant for the Farmdale Sanitation Interceptor Sewer Project.
