  2. Authorization for approval of minutes from the regular meeting of February 12, 2026.
  3. Authorization to approve Change Order #4 to Codell Construction regarding Lakeview Park Project Phase 1.
  4. Authorization to approve Change Order #5 to Codell Construction regarding Lakeview Park Project Phase 1.
  5. Authorization to approve a Resolution of the County of Frankfort, Kentucky, authorizing the County Judge/Executive to make application for and, upon arrival, to enter into an agreement with The Kentucky Office of Homeland Security (KOHS), to execute any documents which are deemed necessary by KOHS to facilitate and administer the project, and to act as the authorized correspondent for this project.
  6. Second reading and approval of Amendment #3 to Ordinance #4-2025 Relating to Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
  7. Authorization to authorize the Treasurer to open the following certificates of deposit on behalf of the Fiscal Court to improve investment earnings.
