The 2020 Litter Cleanup signups will go live on Wednesday, February 19th at 8AM. Registration will stay open until 8PM that evening. The signup form can be found at the following link (which will only be accepting applicants during the registration period on 2/19): https://forms.gle/a1qe4tXVksTmgtvDA.

Groups must be registered nonprofits or governmental organizations to qualify for this program. A total of 10 spots will be filled via a random lottery drawing of all organizations that apply. The chosen groups will have the opportunity to clean up to 15 miles of road in exchange for $100 per mile. Franklin County Solid Waste reserves the right to assign the road to be cleaned and the date of the cleanup, but may take preferences into account.

Franklin County Solid Waste requires at least one chaperone to be present at the time of cleanup and stay in communication with the Solid Waste Coordinator. All members of the group must wear the provided safety gear and abide by the rules set forth by the Solid Waste Department.
