  5. Authorization to receive reports for the 2026-2027 Plan of Work, and 2026-2027 Annual Budget from the Franklin County Conservation District.

  7. Authorization to approve the Statement of Work Open Enrollment Rework with Paycor.

  9. Authorization to approve to authorize up to $247,590 in Fiscal Court Funds to be used for completion of the Forks of Elkhorn Creek Sanitary Sewer Extension Project.

  10. First Reading of Amendment #4 to Ordinance #4-2025 Relating to Budget for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.
