Meeting Summary/Narrative:
- Belinda discussed funding request for Farmers Lane Bridge – Presented Grant Opportunity. 1. Judge/Executive Mueller will ask Hinkle Construction for a 45-day extension 2. Apply for Grant 3. If Grant denied, ask Court for money from the General Fund
- Summer presented the Ordinance change and definitions for vendor fair application and fee
- Two ball dispensers were ordered. Heartland Payment Systems will set up credit card service. Since the ball dispensers were purchased, ask Charlie what maintenance agreement the ball dispenser includes. Software updates? Vandal damage? Or breakage damage in general?
- Amy discussed Term Salaries, in accordance with KRS 64.530(4)
