- Administrative Code Update – Personnel Section
- Code Enforcement, other Counties. Code Enforcement Board – (Autumn)
Meeting Summary/Narrative:
- Administrative Code Personnel Section – Almost ready for approval. The County will follow the State office closings for the Holidays. Possibly the first reading of approved version to the Court on May 13.
- The Code Enforcement Board needs to meet monthly when established. There needs to be three [3] people on the Board. Cannot be staff. Cannot be Elected Officials. Must be Franklin County resident. Follow County Enforcement Policy. Magistrates will meet with Planning/Zoning to determine how to lay out fines.
Recommendations/Next Steps:
- Judge/Executive, Magistrates, County Attorney and P&Z to meet to lay out fines and etc.
Other Business:
- E911 update. Ready to do parcels. Possibly effective Jan 2027.
