Meeting Summary/Narrative:
- Administrative Code Personnel Section – Almost ready for approval. Look at June for finalization.
- Tina presented Code Enforcement handout. Start working on enforcement ordinance. Look at other county ordinances that are comparable to Franklin County.

Other Business:
- Paycor should be operational for most county departments by July 1.
- Ask BIM Group to attend next Finance Committee meeting on 5/11 to discuss trends for health insurance.
